BSB30115 - Certificate III in Business

 

Students successfully completing the course will receive the Nationally Recognised; BSB30115 Certificate III in Business.

This qualification reflects the varied roles of individuals across different industry sectors who apply a broad range of competencies using some discretion, judgment and relevant theoretical knowledge. They may provide technical advice and support to a team.

Training and assessment is based on a classroom based, face to face training model comprised of the following components of delivery, supervision, assessment and support:

1.                  Classroom based training sessions to develop the knowledge and theoretical understandings required to undertake business services based work and work within a potentially highly regulated industry (subject to vocational direction), and prepare for and practice dealing with situations that arise in an business services setting. Classroom based settings will ensure full access to computers, internet, workbooks and textbooks.

2.                  Private Study - Students need to allocate self-study time per unit of competency to complete workbook activities and the associated review questions to enhance their understanding. This time is in addition to the structured supervised hours of training.

 Course structure

This program is delivered in a logical sequence covering all the Elements, Performance Criteria, Foundation Skills as well as Assessment Requirements including Performance Evidence, Knowledge Assessment Conditions. This will assist learners to be able to apply content to a variety of different work place situations.  Training and assessment will be conducted face to face within a classroom based environment by Peach Institute at Level 4, 33 Scarborough Street, Southport, QLD, 4215, Australia.

·         BSBINM301 Organise workplace information

·         BSBFLM309 Support continuous improvement systems and processes

·         BSBITU302 Create electronic presentations

·         BSBCUS301 Deliver and monitor a service to customers

·         BSBWRT301 Write simple documents

·         BSBPUR301 Purchase goods and services

 

Course Duration

This course is offered over 3 terms / 580 hours/38 Weeks (Includes Term Breaks).

Peach Institute has a requirement that all students must be over 18 years of age at the time of enrolment/admission application, for a training product.

  1. A learner will Successfully complete a training product on its scope of registration, or
  2. A training product can be completed in a manner which does not meet the requirements of Clause 1.1 and 1.2 of  Standards for Registered Training Organisations (SRTOs) 2015 , or
  3. A learner will obtain a particular employment outcome, where this is outside the control of the Peach Institute.
